Security and Layout

Our blue security background carries a void pantograph: on most office copiers the pattern brings VOID to the surface. It is a deterrent, not a guarantee — a high-resolution scanner can defeat a pantograph. The sheet folds in a Z pattern: the check sits on one panel, pay detail fills the others, and the outer panel carries the mailing address once sealed. Because the panels are set by the fold pattern printed into the stock, alignment holds from the first sheet of your payroll run to the last.

What the Blank Format Gives You

Blank means you print everything — the bank line, the payee, and the amount. The routing and account numbers come from a MICR add-on such as PrintBoss or ezCheckPrinting and are printed with a MICR toner cartridge, because programs like QuickBooks and Quicken do not generate MICR characters on their own. One carton can therefore serve several bank accounts or client payrolls, and account details are not committed to paper until a check is cut.
