This is our imprinted voucher check, one of the laser printed checks we produce to order: we print your company block, bank name, and account details onto security stock before it reaches you, so the sheets arrive ready to use. Your accounting software still supplies the payee, date, and amount, exactly as it would on blank stock.
Colors, Backgrounds, and Format
We stock the professional colors businesses ask for — blue, green, burgundy, and prismatic — each carrying a security background and a void pantograph: on most office copiers the pattern brings VOID to the surface. We treat that as a deterrent, not a guarantee — high-resolution scanning can defeat it. Most offices take the voucher format, which pairs one check with two detachable stubs: payroll shows deductions on one, and accounts payable puts the invoice detail on the other. Position is the other decision: this sheet is imprinted in top, middle, and bottom position to match what your program already prints to.
Proofing and Quantities
Because the bank details are imprinted, the layout is settled before the run. You review a proof — company block, bank line, and MICR placement — and approve it before we print; that's where a transposed account digit gets caught. Quantities start low enough for a single account, and cost per check falls as runs grow.

What is the difference between blank and imprinted stock?
Blank stock carries the security paper and nothing else, so you're printing the bank line yourself. Imprinted sheets arrive with your company and bank details already on them, and you add only the payee, date, and amount.
